Prime Agent model catalog

A catalog entry means Prime Agent knows how to route that model; it does not mean every model is available to every installation. The usable subset depends on the provider selected through /login, its credentials or subscription, account entitlements, region, and current provider availability. Run prime-agent model list for the live authenticated subset on a machine.
