# Review

> Decide everything that waits for you in one queue, from agent approvals and questions to teammates' requests, plugin access, and proposed lessons.

**Review** gathers everything that waits for your decision in one queue, so
you can answer agents without opening each conversation. Review is available
only in the app.

- App: **Review**

## Decide in the app

1. Select **Review** in the dock, below **Running**. Its badge counts the items
an agent or a person waits on.
2. Select an item in the queue. The pane shows what it asks, who asks, and the
   conversation or project it concerns.
3. Choose the item's approve, edit, or reject button, or **Skip** to come back
   to it later.

The queue holds:

- agent approvals and questions that agents ask with `ask_user`
- requests from teammates' agents and messages held for you
- plugin and MCP access requests
- coordinator decisions
- Slack bot approvals
- lessons proposed for your memory files

High-risk items come first, then the oldest. A skipped item moves to the end.
**All**, **High risk**, and **Overdue** filter the queue, and an item that has
waited 30 minutes counts as overdue. Proposed lessons wait for nobody, so they
never become overdue and the dock badge does not count them.

## Undo a decision

Hansard holds each decision for four seconds before it sends it. Select
**Undo**, or press `Z`, to cancel it in that time.

## Use the keyboard

| Key | Action |
| --- | ------------------------------------ |
| `A` | Approve |
| `E` | Edit, or answer with a note |
| `R` | Reject or dismiss |
| `S` | Skip |
| `Z` | Undo the decision Hansard is holding |

A question from `ask_user` takes a pointer press to approve: `A` only selects
**Approve**, as in its own dialog.

Each decision goes to the same place as an answer given elsewhere, such as the
question's dialog, a paired phone, or the Slack bot. The first answer counts.
